Fantastic Stay!

The staff was helpful with directions. They also assisted with storing my luggage. The breakfast included a wide variety of options. I especially loved the fresh pastries, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available throughout the day. The convenient location near the main train station made getting around so easy.
The street outside the hotel was somewhat noisy during the night. I had a little trouble sleeping. A quieter room would have been preferable.

the location is convenient to public transportation. it made getting around quite easy and stress-free. i appreciated the proximity to the train station and subway, it saved a lot of time. the staff was helpful with directions and information on local attractions
the street noise at night was a little distracting. it didn't completely ruin my stay, but it was noticeable

the room had a functional air conditioning system it maintained a consistent temperature. the provided safe in the room was quite spacious it easily accommodated my laptop and other valuables. i found a convenient luggage storage service available it helped me a lot before my check in.
the coffee machine provided was a pod style one i would have preferred a standard kettle. the water temperature in the shower fluctuated it was either too hot or too cold. the breakfast selection seemed geared toward european tastes i found fewer options that suited my preferences.

The area was definitely questionable. I wasn't thrilled that the shower lacked a door. Water splashed all over the bathroom floor after each shower. I had requested a room away from the street but ended up with one facing it. It was noisy, even before midnight.
